Victoria Stone

Hello, I am Victoria Stone and I am the International Recruitment Manager of the team. We recruit overseas Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to come and live and work in beautiful Devon, in the south west region of the UK.

I have a degree in French and Spanish and I have lived Spain, France and Switzerland. I have worked in recruitment for many years, both for agencies recruiting for IT and Finance and also in-house setting up overseas divisions and as the Recruitment and Resourcing Manager for a large organisation, dealing with strategy, market insight and senior recruitment.

I have travelled extensively, visiting amazing and inspirational places across the world. I spent 3 months in India, travelling from Rajasthan to Kerala which I loved!

I am extremely proud of our team. We are about to deploy our 700th overseas Registered Nurse which makes all of the hard work worthwhile! I enjoy interacting with candidates from across the world and as Devon is such a great location, I enjoy supporting our overseas Nurses to live and work here in Devon. I know how wonderful Devon is and I want to extend our welcome!

When I’m not at work, I like to spend time outdoors on the beach or the stunning moors. I am sociable and enjoy eating out in Devon’s restaurants and bars. I am interested in current affairs, political debate and events across the world – the more variety the better!
