Tracey Collins

I’m Tracey Collins and I’m the International Nursing & Workforce lead for the Devon Alliance for international Recruitment.

I’m a Registered Nurse having specialised in Intensive Care Medicine during the early part of my career and worked in a variety of Senior Nursing and General Management roles within the NHS.

My area of expertise is within Nursing Workforce and I have a particular interest in Global Health and International Recruitment.

Having travelled to different parts of the world, I have met many international Nurses and healthcare professionals and have worked with a number of overseas partners, colleges and institutes.

I’m really passionate about my work and what makes me happy is knowing that what we do influences the lives of many both here in the UK and overseas.

I’m proud to lead such a great team that makes this happen.
