Emily Winslow

Hello! I’m Emily – I am the International Recruitment Team Leader for the Devon Alliance. I joined this amazing team last year after a long stint in the Adult Social Care sector.

As the Team leader I oversee day to day recruitment within the team and I am also responsible for our Social Care project – account managing over 40 Social Care Providers, sourcing amazing care workers from across the world to come and work in care homes and in domiciliary care across the region. I moved to beautiful Devon from London 20 years ago, and whist I miss the buzz of the big city, I can’t imagine living anywhere else now. I love being by the sea and spend my evenings and weekends either paddle-boarding or sailing.
